Our mission "to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities" extends beyond our programs. Whether you choose a role directly supporting participants and families or find a better fit for your skills by contributing at our stores or in administration, we all play a vital role in advancing the mission.
We are one unified team all doing our part to make the lives of those we support better each and every day. No role is more important than the next. What matters most is finding the seat that's right for you.
Everyone at Alpha is a person first!
