Under the Program Manager's direction, the employee will coordinate program operations, ensuring effective implementation of contracts and grants. Key duties include managing data for reporting, supporting countywide outreach to underserved populations, and assisting in developing program materials and staff training. The employee will maintain resource availability and engage in community outreach. Additionally, the role involves ongoing development of program services and collaboration with outside agencies, all while upholding the Alpha Resource Center's mission.
Full-time: Remote Flexibility
Pay Rate: $25.00
The Culinary Program Coordinator under the supervision of the Case Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating the Culinary Program for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). The Culinary Program Coordinator will oversee program requirements, ensure licensing compliance, and assist participants in achieving their goals. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe kitchen environment and adhering to individualized behavioral plans. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with IDD.
Full/Part-time
Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00
Under the supervision of the FRC Manager, this role involves coordinating and implementing activities at the Family Resource Center, providing intake services, case management, and maintaining organized records. Focusing on parent education and support the employee will assist with community outreach, workshop preparation, and public awareness activities, while also collaborating with early intervention providers. The role includes participating in training, staff development, and maintaining a positive, professional environment while supporting the goals of the Alpha Resource Center.
Full-time, 30 hrs. a week
Pay Rate: $20
The Katie's Fund DSP is responsible for assisting with the implementation of planned activities on the day of the event, assisting in the duties to successfully run the events, and maintaining awareness and implementation of individuals needs and restrictions under the direction of the program manager. The Katie's Fund DSP will promote a positive and respectful environment for participants, fellow employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to practice Behavior Management skills as described during training.
Part-time
Pay: $17.00
This position is central to family support by providing personal care, community experience and teaching life skills to those with developmental delay or diagnosed with a disability. The employee must display professional integrity and encourage and contribute to the mission of Alpha to empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by supporting families, creating opportunities, and fostering belonging, and must promote the Alpha Adult Services Vision Statement (available on website Mission page).
Part-time or full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00Hr.
The incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Regular attendance, punctuality and diligent work performance are expected and required. Attendance at regular department and staff meetings is expected. The requirements listed in the PDF file below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Appropriate training will be provided where necessary, and specific assistance in refreshing the incumbent in those areas where appropriate.
